Ownership, trademark, regulatory boundary, and public-use information for QbitQure™
This page explains who owns the QbitQure™ brand, how public site content should be understood, and the current boundary between early-stage product work and any future regulated or provider-facing deployment.
Trademark position
The mark QbitQure™ and associated wordmark/logo are used as unregistered trademarks. The ™ symbol is used to indicate a claim of ownership and goodwill in the name and brand identity.
Current conformity position
QbitQure™ is currently presented as early-stage platform and product-development work. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, the public website should not be read as claiming that QbitQure is a UKCA-marked medical device, an NHS-assured production service, or ready for unsupervised live clinical deployment.
Provider-deployment boundary
Any future provider-facing deployment would require its own governance, contractual, clinical-safety, privacy, security, accessibility, and regulatory assessment. That may include work across MHRA, NHS procurement and assurance requirements, data protection obligations, and local provider approval processes.
Use of content and brand assets
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, QbitQure™ brand assets, logos, product naming, and public site content remain proprietary to ISBMetrics LTD.
Public visibility of site content or repository material does not by itself grant permission to reuse the QbitQure™ brand, visual identity, or product framing.
