Privacy and data-handling boundary
QbitQure™ is an early-stage platform and demonstration environment. Public-facing pages are informational, and demo intake routes are not intended for real patient-identifiable, genomic, or live clinical data.
Important boundary
Please do not submit confidential, emergency, or real patient clinical, medication, or genomic information through public demo forms unless you are explicitly operating inside an agreed controlled testing environment.
The public site is for product understanding and demonstration. It is not presented as a live clinical service or a public route for real patient care.
Current site activity
The public website may record limited first-party product-analytics events such as page views and selected call-to-action clicks, together with basic technical context like referrer, campaign tags, and user agent, so QbitQure can understand how visitors find and use the site.
If you use demo or internal testing routes under an agreed controlled setup, any submitted information should stay non-production and non-patient-identifiable unless separate governance arrangements have been put in place for that test.
Future provider deployments
If QbitQure moves into live provider use involving health or genomic data, the privacy position would need to be formalised through provider-specific governance documentation rather than this page alone.
That future state would typically require clear controller or processor allocation, an identified UK GDPR Article 6 lawful basis and Article 9 condition for special category data, a DPIA, retention rules, security controls, and contractual and incident-management arrangements.
This page should therefore be read as the current demo-environment boundary, not as a complete production privacy notice for live clinical deployment.
